• The infrastructure and amenities available at the Senior Citizens’ Home are enumerated below: –

(a)     Living apartment comprises of a large room with attached toilet and balcony.

(b)     Accommodation is fully furnished with adequate furniture, fitments and woodwork.

(c)     Spacious car parking in basement.

(d)     There are separate lifts and stairs connecting the basement to all the floors in both the Wings.

(e)     Spacious and well-furnished lounges.

(f)      A separate bar for both Wings.

(g)     Daily housekeeping with strict supervision.

(h)     Clean and airy Dining Rooms where nutritious food, both non vegetarian & vegetarian, is served. Normally, the residents are expected to have their meals in the Dining Hall. However, if a resident is ill and otherwise also unable to come to Dining Hall due to any reason, he/ she is served meals in the room.

(i)      A well-stocked Library.

(j)      Intercom.

(k)     WIFI connectivity.

(l)      Facilities for DTH/ cable transmission in each room.

(m)    Power supply is ensured 24X7, with generator back up to cater for power outages.

(n)     Provision for unrestricted and adequate water supply 24X7.

(o)     24 hours security being provided by a professional body.

(p)     Physiotherapy.  A well-equipped room, where physiotherapy sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday.

(q)     Beautiful and well-maintained garden and manicured lawns to add colors to the surroundings.
