Fee and Other Charges

• The admission to the SCH is on “Pay and Stay” basis as per the details given below:

* Depending on the type of room.

• At the time of registration, Rs 1,00,000.00 (80,000+20,000) and Rs 50,000.00 (40,000+10,000) would be deposited by Officers and PBORs respectively, covering both the refundable (80,000/40,000) and non-refundable (20,000/10,000) elements.
• Monthly maintenance and establishment charges are levied to all the residents at the rates approved by the Management, in consultation with the residents. Presently, monthly maintenance charges are Rs. 4300/- and Rs. 3350/- for Officers and PBORs respectively.  Establishment charges are Rs. 15/- per day per head for Officers and PBORs.
• Electricity charges to the individuals are levied based on the actual consumption of electricity, for which separate meters have been provided.
