President Emeritus

The President AFA may, after the approval of the Governing Council, invite distinguished life member(s) to become President(s) Emeritus. 
Presently, Marshal of the Air Force Arjan Singh DFC is the President
Emeritus of the Association.

President Emeritus was conferred PhD (Honoris Causa) by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar on 01 May 2005 at its 31st Annual Convocations.

President, AFA

Air Chief Marshal P V Naik PVSM, VSM, Retd. took over as President AFA on 29th July 2011 from Air Chief Marshal Fali Homi Major PVSM AVSM SC VM ADC (Retd).

Senior Vice President, AFA

Air Marshal TS Randhawa took over from Air Marshal KS Chaturvedi PVSM VSM (Retd).

Vice President, AFA

Air Vice Marshal R Chopra took over as Vice President from Air Vice  Marshal VK Tiwari (Retd).

Wg Cdr RS Johar (Retd) has taken as Secretary AFA vice Gp Capt PK Agnihotri (Retd) on 10 Feb 2010.
